Report A Violation

If you suspect a violation of your Association’s covenants, rules or regulations, please submit a Rules Violation Form. This is a confidential correspondence between you as an owner and us as your professional property manager. We appropriately address each report of a violation and follow a set of guidelines to assure resolutions are made.

We understand that issues may arise in your property that requires our attention. Our maintenance department is always ready to serve our homeowners. Technicians are on call and at your service 24/7, including holidays. You can now fill out a Maintenance Request Form online. If your request is urgent, please contact our office at 970-887-6030. For emergencies, call 911.

Resort Management Group is happy to offer our services to you, but we understand that additional help is required at times. Over the years, we have established relationships with contractors that serve our area. While we have worked closely with many of these companies, RMG has no direct affiliation with these contractors. This list is simply to provide a directory as a convenience to you.
